About the Role
You'll work closely with our Senior Legal Counsel and legal team, tackling a variety of responsibilities including:
- Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing client and vendor contracts.
- Advising on transactions, corporate restructures, and governance matters.
- Streamlining legal processes, driving efficiencies, and leveraging legal tech.
- Providing proactive advice and training to business units.
What We’re Looking For
- Australian-qualified solicitor with 3-5 years PQE from private practice or in-house.
- Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation. Corporate and funds knowledge a bonus!
- Commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
