As a Lead Commercial Counsel Payments –Vice President, Assistant General Counsel within our Legal Payments teams, you will need proven leadership abilities and a strong passion for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements to co-lead our Commercial Team for JPMorgan Payments negotiations in the United States. As the co-lead of the Commercial Team, you will be at the forefront of delivering our capabilities and solutions to our customers, working alongside your team as you lead. You and your team will negotiate commercial agreements, contribute to projects that improve operational processes, review consumer-facing documentation, and provide legal support to sales, client service, and other company collaborators. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects and product initiatives across the JPMorgan Payments Legal Team and broader Legal Department.
