About the role:
The Head of Legal will be a critical member of Frontera Health's leadership team, owning and managing all legal, regulatory, and risk-related functions for the company. The Head of Legal will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors, providing counsel on key business decisions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, healthcare regulations, privacy, data security, and risk management. This role requires an experienced legal leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare technology industry, preferably in behavioral health, and a proven ability to contribute to the strategic direction of a high-growth organization.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
