Legal Counsel: Property Finance

About the role:

• Advising on real estate transactions from a legal and risk viewpoint
• Both credit and equity
• Establishment of new funds
• General corporate in house matters: JV, M&A, Co Sec, Corporate Governance

The ideal candidate:

• 3 to 8 years PQE
• Coming from In-House or Private Practice
• Property finance background essential
