About the role:

• General corporate & commercial/procurement work.
• Providing comprehensive legal advice and solutions to high-profile clients in defence, education, health and all levels of government.
• Reviewing various legal documents and identifying legal/commercials risks.
• Keeping the company up to date with legislation and regulatory changes.

The ideal candidate:

• Legal Counsel (3-7 PQE).
• An Australian Law Degree or Juris Doctor
• Commercial law experience gained in-house or from a reputable law firm.
• Proven experience in contract drafting & negotiation.
• Previous exposure or an interest in the Defence industry.
