The Legal
is primarily responsible for providing Legal support to Cardinal Heath’s medical device direct business in France as well as Legal and Compliance support to the indirect EMEA markets.
This role will 1) provide strategic solutions to the France leadership team; 2) provide legal support to the business and corporate governance of the group/local affiliates; 3) oversee the management of contracts and dispute resolutions; 4) provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders regarding legal matters; 5) review and provide guidance on compliance activities and assist in on-site monitoring, in EMEA indirect markets.
